The function of Al is to form precipitation hardening phases such as (Ni3Al) with other elements.
In the aging process, cooling can not be carried out rapidly, otherwise it is difficult to achieve strengthening effect.

1) Solid solution, fast cooling at 1000 ~ 1100℃;
2) Aged at 565℃, after solid solution treatment, kept at 760±15℃ for 90min, cooled to below 15℃ for 30min within 1h, then heated to 565±10℃ for 90min, then cooled by air;
3) Aged at 510℃, after solid solution treatment, kept at 955±10℃ for 10min, cooled to room temperature for less than 24h to -73±6℃ for 8h, then heated to 510±10℃ for 60min, air cooled.
