As to the plate thickness tolerance
Different thicknesses of steel plates have different tolerances. We strictly abide by the stainless steel plate tolerance implementation standards stipulated by the Chinese government, GB4237-2015, GB4238-2015, GB3280-2015, etc.
As to the plate size
Generally speaking, the stock sizes we can provide are 4*8ft, 5*10ft, 1000*2000mm, and we can also customize different sizes according to your needs.
As to the production cycle
For materials and sizes in stock, we can guarantee that the delivery cycle is within 3 days after receiving payment. If you need products with customized sizes and surfaces, our delivery cycle is within 5-10 working days after receiving payment.
As to the product quality assurance
Our products have a strict quality inspection department to ensure the quality of the products. After production is completed, we will also provide you with accurate measurements, inspection pictures, videos, and material lists for you to confirm.After receiving the goods, you can contact us at any time if you have any questions.

As to the sample support
We can provide you with free samples of any size, but you need to pay for the international express fee. After the formal cooperation, this fee can be deducted from the payment. We also support paid sample customization services. Please contact your sales manager for details.
As to the plate Shipping marking
If you need to put a mark on the outer packaging, we will make a mark for you free of charge according to your requirements. After you confirm that it is correct, we will use waterproof tape to stick the mark on the outer packaging of the product. If there is no special requirement, the default is: no mark.
As to the plate surface marking
If you need us to spray code on the surface of the steel plate to mark the material, size, and other information of the product, we can provide it. Please contact your sales manager for verification of the specific charging standards.
As to the plate surface coating
To better protect the surface of the steel plate, our decorative panels are protected by free PVC film.In addition, if you have special needs, we can also provide you with paid laser films, and customize your company name and logo on the laser film. The minimum order quantity is 3,000 meters.
As to the plate packaging
We provide free standard wooden pallet packaging for steel plates, 1-3 tons per pallet. If you need additional packaging methods, such as iron pallet packaging, you can contact your sales manager for confirmation. The price is preferential for large quantities.
As to the plate transportation
We have cooperated with many freight forwarding companies for land, air and sea transportation, and can recommend the most favorable and cost-effective transportation method for you. If you have your own freight forwarder, we can also transport the goods to your agent's warehouse or to the designated port of shipment, and your agent will help you transport it.
As to the plate inventory
We have a large amount of stock to ensure the fastest delivery for you, but the stock quantity varies for different materials and sizes of steel plates. To avoid causing you trouble, please consult your sales manager for details and ask him to confirm for you.
As to the plate inspection
We support factory inspection and product inspection. If you have friends in China, you are welcome to come to our factory to inspect our products. You can also arrange a third-party inspection company or a professional SGS inspection agency to come to our factory for inspection.
